How long does it take to reach India?
Air Express about 2–3 weeks, Air Standard about 4–5 weeks, sea about 4 months. Times are approximate.
Will my family pay customs in India?
No. Customs and any duty are handled upfront here in Canada.
Can I send electronics to India?
Yes, by sea or air (except TVs, which go by sea). Send a photo and the brand on WhatsApp, and we quote the duty upfront.
Can I send perfume by air?
No. Perfumes, aerosols and anything flammable go by sea only.
What does the receiver need?
Nothing for sea. For air: their passport, Aadhaar card and PAN card.
