Your phone number and WhatsApp number

Your pickup or drop-off address
Recipient's name, address, phone number, and ID details (required for customs)
A copy of your government-issued photo ID at drop-off
Details about the items you are shipping (weight, dimensions, contents)
Payment information when you pay for shipping

Information collected automatically when you visit our website:

Standard web information (the pages you visit, what device or browser you use)
Cookies that keep the website working properly — we do not use them to track you across other sites
IP address (logged by our hosting provider for security)

3. Why We Collect It

We use your information to:

Quote, book, and process your shipment
Prepare customs paperwork required by destination countries
Contact you about your shipment status
Send pickup or drop-off updates by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email
Improve our website and services
Send you promotions only if you have asked to hear from us
Meet legal and regulatory requirements

4. Who We Share It With

We only share your information with parties who need it to deliver your shipment:

Shipping partners: Air carriers, sea carriers, customs brokers, last-mile delivery partners in India and Sri Lanka
Courier providers we resell: DHL, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar
Government authorities: Canadian, Indian, Sri Lankan customs and any other authorities when required by law
Service providers: Payment processors, accounting, IT support — only what they need to do their job

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Ever.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep your shipping records for seven (7) years to meet Canadian tax and customs record-keeping requirements. After that we securely delete or anonymize them.

6. How We Protect It

We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data with care.

7. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

See what personal information we have about you
Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements)
Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time
