For all shipments and moves to India and Sri Lanka — air, sea, or moving services — we handle customs, duties, and clearance fees upfront. Your family receives everything with nothing to pay on the other side.
Lithium electronics to Sri Lanka have a small handling surcharge collected at drop-off here in Canada.

What to bring at drop-off
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, along with a photo of the recipient's national ID showing their name, address, postal code, and phone number. A clear image sent via WhatsApp is acceptable; no physical copy is required. If the recipient's ID is not available at the time of drop-off, you may provide it at a later time.
